I treat my guests and customers the same way I expect to be treated when I go out for food and drinks.

-If everything’s “perfect” I pay full price and tip 25%.

-If everything’s just “good” I pay full price and tip 20%.

-If everything’s just “average” I pay full price and tip 15% and give the Server some feedback for the Cook/Bartender.

-If everything’s “less than average” I expect a substantial discount and tip accordingly.

-If everything’s “terrible” I don’t expect to pay for anything and a free entree certificate to get me to come back and give it a 2nd chance.

Grew up in Salt Lake City, out of HS he joined the Coast Guard and did helicopter rescues for just over 8 yrs in the northern CA Bay Area before he took a medical leave after an injury.
He then spent the next 17 yrs managing Bars & Nightclubs in SLC before deciding to get out of the Big City Life and start his own Roadhouse/Dive Bar style Saloon in the small country town of Spanish Fork.
He had done well and made money but decided it was time to start considering Evolving the model to the next level to more of a nicer restaurant-style Bar & Grill.
Phil met his new biz partner Jason through a couple of mutual friends that vouched for both of them as good honest guys that work hard and are trustworthy.
After just one formal meeting a partnership was launched and the new business venture began to build the next big Franchise in the Bar & Grill Industry!
Jason Lawson

Grew up as a kid couple hours south of Chicago, IL, and then moved to Los Angeles, CA, for High School and then on to Utah for College, where he graduated with a Degree in Business with an emphasis in Hospitality Management but ended up in Sales and Marketing helping build large Corporate companies for over 20 yrs as an outside Consultant, so he always had control of his situation but never loved what he did.
So in 2017 he opted to semi-retire from any full-time occupation and started traveling the world with his family.
After a year of Island Hopping in the Caribbean, they traveled in a Motorhome from Mexico to Canada and everywhere in-between in the Western United States before settling down back in Utah again to take advantage of the good Winter conditions and Snowboarding season.
Along with his lovely wife Elizabeth they’ve enjoyed the opportunity to taste all different kinds of food and drinks from around the world and are excited to now create their own menu and experience for everyone in the local community.
